Summer Course on the Culture of Lawfulness: New Rights for New Challenges

"The objective of this course is to provide an update for students and faculty at the University of Guadalajara on the subject of Culture of Lawfulness"

This course introduces and explores the main dimensions of the Culture of Lawfulness and the new global challenges that involve the proposal and foundation of new rights. It is intended for undergraduate and master's students, as well as research and teaching staff at the University of Guadalajara who are interested in learning about and applying cutting-edge theoretical and empirical approaches for the consolidation of the Rule of Law, good governance, artificial intelligence governance, algorithmic ethics, compliance with the 2030 Agenda (SDGs), and the effective fight against corruption. The course also proposes and will promote a participatory discussion with special attention to the Latin American context.

Organized by: Research Group on Law and Justice within the framework of the Program on Culture of Lawfulness and the University Center for Social Sciences and Humanities of the University of Guadalajara (Mexico).
